They were aimed at fans of the famous Dooling ‘spindizzies’ – motorised miniature car races that reached mind-boggling speeds. Their designs closely resembled the famous Mercedes ‘Silver Arrows’ of the 1930s. The originals are now rare and highly sought-after by collectors. Cast with the same attention to detail as the original, our 31cm Indy racer is made from aviation-grade aluminium. Polished and re-polished by hand to a perfect shine, it features a detailed dashboard, a faux-leather seat, a steering wheel and brakes. To preserve the spirit of the original, the front wheels are not connected to the steering wheel. The wheels and tyres are reproduced with the same attention to detail as the original.
