Preamble
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Moinat SA guarantees high-quality service and products. For any problem or suggestion, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all sales concluded through the website www.moinat.ch. By accepting these conditions, the buyer expressly declares that they have read and understood them, in particular the final provisions.
Availability
Moinat SA makes every effort to ensure that the products displayed on the website are available. However, a product may be sold before the website is updated. In this case, please indicate, in reply to the automatic message you receive, whether you wish to be informed if the product becomes available again or whether you no longer wish to purchase it. This provision cannot apply to products from the Unique or Limited Series ranges by definition.
Quality
Unless “new” is stated in the period field of the product description, all items are second-hand and may show wear consistent with their age. Photographs are taken with the aim of showing the actual condition of the item. However, to avoid any disappointment, we recommend requesting additional photographs whenever necessary.
A product may nevertheless have a defect despite the numerous quality checks carried out before dispatch. In such a case, simply return it to us with the delivery note and in its original packaging. We will refund you in full upon receipt of the parcel. Please keep the receipt issued free of charge by the post office when sending a parcel, since in the event of loss we can only take your return into account upon presentation of this proof.
Delivery
For every order, delivery costs are calculated and confirmed by email. Wherever possible, the ordered products are dispatched on the working day following receipt of payment. Small items are sent by Swiss Post as registered parcels and, depending on the buyer’s choice, by PostPac Economy or PostPac Priority. Bulky items are delivered by us.
Any delivery abroad may be subject to customs charges, which are payable by the customer. Swiss VAT is automatically deducted. VAT in the destination country is payable by the customer and invoiced by the authorities of that country.
Prices
The prices displayed on the website are net prices in Swiss francs and exclude shipping and packaging costs. Moinat SA reserves the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that the prices shown on the order confirmation shall prevail, even if prices increase between the order date and the delivery date. Second-hand furniture and objects are sold in their current condition. Any restoration or refurbishment is charged separately.
Payment
The full price is payable at the time of the order. The buyer may choose between bank transfer, PostFinance Card, credit card, TWINT or PayPal.
Moinat SA keeps ordered products available for 10 working days from the order date. If advance payment has not been received within this period, the order is cancelled and the product is no longer reserved.
Moinat SA has no access to the buyer’s credit card details.
Returns
The customer has 10 days from receipt of the parcel to notify Moinat SA of defective products or products that do not correspond to the order, after having obtained confirmation from Moinat SA’s administration. After this period, the delivered products are deemed compliant and accepted by the customer, and Moinat SA reserves the right to refuse an exchange, credit note or refund. Only unused products in perfect condition and returned in their intact original packaging may be accepted.
For the return of a defective item, costs are borne by Moinat SA provided that Moinat SA considers the product to be defective.
No exchange is possible in the event of misuse or deterioration of the product.
Final provisions
The buyer certifies that all information provided is accurate, that they are of legal age and have the right and authority to order the goods.
Any dispute shall be dealt with exclusively by the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud or Geneva if no solution can be found through direct contact.
Swiss law applies exclusively to all matters relating to this contract and its performance.
These conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice.
