Scope

These general conditions apply to all sales concluded through the website www.moinat.ch. By accepting these conditions the buyer expressly declares to have understood them, in particular with regard to the final provisions.

Availability

Moinat SA makes every effort to ensure that the products appearing on the site are available. However, it may happen that a product is exhausted before updating the site. In this case we thank you to indicate, in response to the automatic message that you receive, if you want to be informed of the new availability of the product or if you give it up. This provision can not apply to the products of the Unique or Limited Series lines by definition.

Quality

It is possible that a product has a defect despite the many quality checks made before shipping. In this case you just have to return it with the delivery note in its original packaging. We will refund you in full upon receipt of the package. We thank you to keep the proof that you receive free from the post office when shipping a package because, in case of loss of the package, we can not take into account your return order only against presentation of this proof.

Delivery

For any order the shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed by e-mail. The ordered products are dispatched on the working day following receipt of payment. For small items, the delivery is made by Swiss Post in signature package and, according to the choice of the buyer, in PostPac Economy or PostPac Priority. For any bulky object delivery will be made by us.

Any delivery abroad will be subject to customs fees that are the responsibility of the customer. VAT (Value Added Tax) Switzerland is deducted automatically, the VAT of the country of destination is the responsibility of the customer and invoiced by the authorities of the country.

Price

The prices displayed on the site are net and indicated in Swiss francs excluding participation in postage and packing. Moinat SA reserves the right to modify the prices at any time on the understanding that the prices entered on the order confirmation are authentic, even if there is an increase between the date of order and the date of delivery of the goods. Used furniture and objects are sold in the state. Any restoration or restoration is extra.

Payment

The price is payable in full upon order. The buyer can choose between bank transfer, payment by PostFinance Card and credit card or PayPal.
Moinat SA keeps available products ordered 10 working days from the date of the order. If the prepayment has not been made within this period, the order is canceled and the product is no longer booked.
Moinat SA does not have access to the credit card data of the buyer.

Merchandise return

The customer has a period of 10 days from the receipt of the package to dispute the defective products in relation to the order, after obtaining confirmation from the administration of Moinat SA. After this period, the delivered products will be considered compliant and accepted by the customer, and Moinat SA reserves the right to refuse the exchange, have, or refund. Only unused products, in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging intact, may be taken back.
For the return of defective item the costs are borne by Moinat SA provided that Moinat SA deems the product defective.

Final provisions
